Data we collect
When you order or contact us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, order details. Payment data is processed by Shopify and our payment providers; we never see your full card number. When you browse: technical data and, with your consent, cookies for audience measurement and advertising.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your orders, manage Privilege subscriptions, answer your messages, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and, with your consent, send newsletters and show relevant ads.
Sharing
Your data is shared only with providers needed to run the store: Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment providers, our suppliers and carriers (for delivery), and, with your consent, advertising partners such as Meta. Some providers are located outside the EU and are covered by appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Order data is kept for the legal accounting period (10 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or for 3 years without activity.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or port your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@thekrovn.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). US residents can also use the Your privacy choices page.
