1. Scope
These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on thekrovn.com by consumers. The seller is Priscillia Bakekolo, sole proprietor (EI), SIREN 802 814 418, Bry-sur-Marne, France (see Legal notice).
2. Products
We sell human hair systems for men and related accessories (adhesives and removers). Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; slight variations in color or texture may occur. Hair systems are made with human hair (≥ 98%).
3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code. Shipping is free; optional VIP delivery is charged as shown at checkout. No import duties are charged at delivery.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted. Payment is made online through Shopify's secure checkout. We may cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error, with a full refund.
5. Privilege subscription
Privilege delivers your hair system automatically every 3, 4 or 6 months. The first delivery is charged at the regular price; from the second delivery onward, you save 15% on every delivery. Your payment method is charged at each delivery. You can skip, change or cancel at any time from your customer account, at no cost, before the next billing date. See the Privilege terms.
6. Delivery
We currently ship to the United States only. Orders are delivered within 8 days maximum, with tracking. See our Shipping page.
7. Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, a hair system that has been unsealed and fitted, cut or glued cannot be returned. See our Refund policy.
8. Warranties
Contact us with photos if an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described; we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
9. Use of products
Always patch test adhesives 24 hours before use. Do not use on irritated skin. For your first fitting we recommend a barber experienced with hair systems.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence. In case of dispute, please contact us first at contact@thekrovn.com: we reply within 2 business days and do our best to reach an amicable solution within 30 days.
