How it works
- Contact us first — Email contact@thekrovn.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- Return address — We reply with the return address and instructions for your order.
- Review — Once we receive your return, we check it and refund you within 14 days.
Please do not send any item without contacting us first. Our mailing address is not a returns address; parcels sent there without prior agreement cannot be processed.
Eligibility
Items can be returned unused, unworn, uncut and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, a hair system that has been fitted, cut or glued cannot be returned.
Return costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective or not the one you ordered.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we'll make it right at no cost to you.
