Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Contact us first at contact@thekrovn.com with your order number: we will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send any item without our prior agreement; our mailing address is not a returns address.

Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, uncut and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, a hair system that has been unsealed and fitted, cut or glued cannot be returned, nor can an opened adhesive or remover.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective or not the one you ordered.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund you within 14 days, using your original payment method, including the standard delivery cost of the original order.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Privilege subscription

Each Privilege delivery follows this policy. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your customer account before the next billing date.
