This website is operated by THE KROVN, a brand of Priscillia Bakekolo, sole proprietor (EI), SIREN 802 814 418, Bry-sur-Marne, France. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms of service and to our Terms of sale, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

1. Use of the site

You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Content on this site (texts, images, logo) belongs to THE KROVN and may not be reproduced without permission.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to show products accurately; slight variations in color or texture may occur. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or pricing error, with a full refund.

3. Shipping

We ship to the United States only, free and tracked, within 8 days maximum. See our Shipping page.

4. Subscriptions

Privilege subscriptions renew automatically every 3, 4 or 6 months. The first delivery is at the regular price, then 15% off from the second delivery. You can skip, change or cancel anytime from your customer account before the next billing date. See the Privilege terms.

5. Product use

Always patch test adhesives 24 hours before use. Do not use on irritated skin. Hair systems are cosmetic products; results depend on fitting and care.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, THE KROVN is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence.
